Welcome to the North Central Civic Association (NCCA)! NCCA is a city-recognized community organization focused on advocating for local concerns and promoting neighborhood engagement. We meet five times a year to bring together community members of all backgrounds to discuss important issues, partner with organizations and businesses, hear from local leaders, and take action to build an inclusive, welcoming neighborhood for all. In addition to these meetings, we organize a variety of events, including cookouts, National Night Out, movie nights, and more to bring our community together.

The NCCA covers a small section of Richmond’s Northside from Griffin Avenue to North Avenue and Brookland Park Boulevard to Laburnum Avenue. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!We have the pleasure to invite you to celebrate as we speak our vows and join in marriage.
